ABOUT
Frans Minnaar has been a management consultant for more than 25 years. During this period, he has compiled strategic plans and Integrated Development Plans, implemented Performance Management Systems, wrote performance – and annual reports on behalf of municipalities and government institutions. He has also offered training to working adults about public governance, administration and management, and has been a university lecturer in Public Governance and Administration.
Frans Minnaar collect and analyse political, - economic – and governance data. This includes:

1—Political trends, polls, surveys and election results.

2—Economic indicators and trends, including GDP, inflation and many more.

3—Governance data, including public budgets, staff establishments and more.

My analyses include trend projections and scenario forecasting.

I also analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of government – and municipal institutions.

Risk analysis, and tools to mitigate risks, is an important element of Frans Minnaar’s analytical services. This includes political, economic, social, governance – and enterprise risks.

The website also makes available tools for decision-makers to analyse risks and enterprise capacity to mitigate these risks, and to use the results to do planning and performance assessments.
