During this period, he has compiled strategic plans and Integrated Development Plans, implemented Performance Management Systems, wrote performance – and annual reports on behalf of municipalities and government institutions. He has also offered training to working adults about public governance, administration and management, and has been a university lecturer in Public Governance and Administration.
