This website contains the writings and video files developed by Frans Minnaar. Writings (that is, the results of his blogging activities) are posted on the Site Blog). Video files are either posted on his YouTube channel, from where it is streamed to this website, or directly on the website.

What am I writing and YouTubing about?

Geopolitics. I analyze conditions and events in international power relations, and use the results to consider global risks.

Politics. Through my writing and videos, I write posts and develop videos about South African politics. I support equality, republican Constitutionalism and pluralism.

Government. I analyze South African government, including its policies, structures and systems.

Frans Minnaar has a Ph.D in Pubic Administration and Management from the University of the Free State (2004).

Frans has worked as a part-time lecturer between 1996 and 2016. He facilitated training sessions in Public Management to hundreds of working adults during his career as a management consultant and advised government institutions and municipalities about strategic planning, integrated development plans and performance management.
