During my life-time, the West has dominated the world, and then specifically the World Order. Western dominance began somewhere in the fourteenth to the seventieth centuries in Europe, when Spain and Portugal managed to build dominance with vast colonial empires. This will implies that Western dominance has lasted for more-or-less two hundred – and fifty years. However, the roots of Western civilisation can be traced back to the Ancient Greece and the Roman Empire.
