Project Cost Estimates

R 500,00Price

Project cost estimation is the forecasting of financial and resource requirements (labor, materials, equipment) needed to complete a project within a defined scope. It involves creating a budget, often using techniques like analogous, parametric, or bottom-up analysis to ensure feasibility. Key stages range from early "rough order of magnitude" (ROM) estimates to detailed "definitive" estimates, helping managers keep projects on budget.

The template has been designed to calculate project cost, based on the scheduling (and loading) of production and material resources to Activities. The template makes provision for up to 25 Activities, implying that it is best suited for small, limited-scope projects.
