Competition Act
Book an online assessment session to analyse your enterprise's compliance with the Competition Act
Service Description
The Competition Act No. 89 of 1998 (as amended) is the primary legislation regulating economic competition in South Africa, aiming to promote efficiency, competition, and fair market participation. It prohibits restrictive practices and abuses of dominance, regulates mergers, and supports small businesses and ownership by historically disadvantaged persons. Frans Minnaar applies an Excel spreadsheet in questionnaire format to go through the requirements of key business legislation with premium plus subscribers and other participants that have purchased the service. Frans guides the client through the questionnaire, to identify and analyse risks, and to consider strategies or actions to mitigate these risks. At the conclusion of the session, the results thereof will be e-mailed to the participant.
