Consumer Protection Act
Book an online assessment session to analyse your enterprise's compliance with Consumer Protection
Service Description
The South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) promotes a fair, accessible, and sustainable marketplace by protecting consumer rights against unfair business practices, ensuring product safety, and providing redress for faulty goods or services. It mandates transparent, honest marketing and applies to most transactions, excluding private sales and employment. Frans Minnaar applies an Excel spreadsheet in questionnaire format to go through the requirements of key business legislation with premium plus subscribers and other participants that have purchased the service. Frans guides the client through the questionnaire, to identify and analyse risks, and to consider strategies or actions to mitigate these risks. At the conclusion of the session, the results thereof will be e-mailed to the participant.
