The South African Employment Equity Act (EEA) No. 55 of 1998 is a law designed to promote equality in the workplace by eliminating unfair discrimination and implementing affirmative action measures. It aims to ensure fair treatment and equitable representation of designated groups (Black people, women, and people with disabilities) in all occupational levels. Frans Minnaar applies an Excel spreadsheet in questionnaire format to go through the requirements of key business legislation with premium plus subscribers and other participants that have purchased the service. Frans guides the client through the questionnaire, to identify and analyse risks, and to consider strategies or actions to mitigate these risks. At the conclusion of the session, the results thereof will be e-mailed to the participant.
