Service Description
Frans Minnaar applies an Excel spreadsheet in questionnaire format to go through the requirements of key business legislation with premium plus subscribers and other participants that have purchased the service. Frans guides the client through the questionnaire, to identify and analyse risks, and to consider strategies or actions to mitigate these risks. At the conclusion of the session, the results thereof will be e-mailed to the participant. The Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995 (LRA) is the primary legislation governing employment law in South Africa. It establishes a legal framework to manage relationships between employers, employees, trade unions, and employer organizations, promoting collective bargaining, fair labour practices, and peaceful resolution of disputes.
