Promotion of Access to Information Act
Book an online assessment session to analyse your enterprise's compliance with PAIA
Service Description
The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) is South African legislation that enforces the constitutional right (Section 32) to access information held by the state or private bodies. It promotes transparency, accountability, and allows individuals to request records necessary to exercise or protect their rights. Frans Minnaar applies an Excel spreadsheet in questionnaire format to go through the requirements of key business legislation with premium plus subscribers and other participants that have purchased the service. Frans guides the client through the questionnaire, to identify and analyse risks, and to consider strategies or actions to mitigate these risks. At the conclusion of the session, the results thereof will be e-mailed to the participant.
