The Discrimination Settlement
Discrimination in SA has its roots in the Constitution, and its interpretation, and are increasingly not been traced back, or derived from, the balance in opposing worldviews reached during the Codesa negotiated settlement, but in the ideological roots of one side of the historic conflict; that is, to the Freedom Charter, and the National Democratic Revolution. The Constitution is, practically and judicially, read as extensions of revolutionary theory.
